Event Partner terms
For event organisers, we can offer a revenue share model instead of a fixed hire fee. Standard share starts at 15% of net sales and can increase depending on event size, exclusivity, pitch location, and organiser requirements.
- Net sales = total sales minus agreed direct event costs (e.g., pitch fee, event power fee, card processing fees — agreed in writing before the event).
- Settlement typically within 3–7 days after the event (or as agreed).
- We’ll confirm the percentage and any costs in advance so it’s clear for both sides.
