TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once a deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by The Three Ranchers. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
2. Deposits & Payments
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Full payment must be made no later than 7 days before the event unless otherwise agreed.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances except cancellation by The Three Ranchers.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the event may require 50% of the remaining balance.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event may require full payment.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued where The Three Ranchers is unable to provide services due to our own fault. No refunds will be issued for changes in guest numbers, weather conditions, or venue-related restrictions beyond our control.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, illness, accidents, transport disruption, or acts of God.
6. Venue Requirements
Clients must ensure safe access, sufficient space, and (if required) appropriate power supply. Unsafe working conditions may result in immediate service withdrawal without refund.
7. Liability
The Three Ranchers holds valid public liability insurance. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
8. Food Safety & Allergens
While we maintain high food hygiene standards, products may contain or come into contact with allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and others. It is the responsibility of the client and guests to inform us of any severe allergies.
9. Photography & Marketing
We may take photographs of our setup for marketing purposes. If you do not consent, you must inform us in writing prior to your event.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
6. Third Parties
We do not sell or trade personal data. Information may be shared with payment processors or service providers strictly for booking fulfilment.
